[Specially Written for The Dominion.] SATURDAY. Onion soup. Grilled beefsteak. Potatoes'. Mushrooms, ljnked Cottage Pudding. SUNDAY I . Ox tail soup. Roast poTk. Apple sauco. Caulillower. Potatoes.' Baked apple dumplings. Meriiigue pudding uux fruits. Cream. FOB SUPPER. Cold roast pork. Celery salad, Cheese straws. Charlotte Alexandra. CHARLOTTE ALEXANDRA. Half a pint of cream, one gill milk, one gill water, half all ounce gelatine, two or three ounces grated chocolate, one tablespoon sugar, half teaspoon vanilla essence, Sponge fingers. Lino a mould with sponge fingers, as for ohorlotto russe; dissolve the gvlntiuo in the milk, mix the chocolate with tho water, and stir over tho tiro till smooth, then leuve to cool. Whip tho cream, sweeten. and flavour with vanilla, add gelatine and chocolate; mix, and pour very carefully into tho prepared mould. Turn out when cold and set; decorate with whipped cream, put through a forcer, ana" serve. Defiance Butter. All Grocers.'
