The following is a list of .prices realised-— Best lines four-year breeding owes, 12b, id to 13s.' 3d.; four and Ave year ewes, 9s. id.; to 10s. Bd.; full-mouth ewes, 6s. 4a. to 7s. ; :9d.; Lincoln skinned shorn wether lambs, 7s. 9d.; small ditto, ss. 5d.; hot wethers, to 14s. 2d.; small wethers, 6s. lOd to 10s. Ed.

The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency o°., Ltd., reports:-At Apiti, on Wednesday, wo had a good ontry of sheep and cattle. Buyers were present in - good numbers, and a brisk sale resulted,' practically every pen being ouitted at full values. Messrs. James .Macintosh and Co. Teport having held, their usual weekly sale in their" Walpoua (MastSrton) salo yards' on Wednesday, when they offered a yarding of 'sheep and cattle well above advertised numbers, which met with good cjmpcll- - throughout tho sale, and the whole of .the yarding, with tho exception of two lots, was sold under the hammer at prices ruling at. late sales.
