Colonel Seel?, asked in the British Parliament concerning the building of largo airships, said: "It is not considered desirable to mak? public the steps that have been and are being taken." The number of more important privately owned airships was ten, it was reported, but tlift,dimensions of tlicni were not available. Tlio British airships are as follow:— Bel\a 33,000 cubic feetGamma 75,000 cubic feet Delta '. 180,000 cubic feet "1 am not aware of any privately ow'iied airships in Great Britain," added Colonel Secly.
Messrs. A. T,. Wilson and Co. will dispose of a contractor's manufacturing plant and machinery, electric motors, timber, etc., on tlio premises, Douglas Wallace Street, to-day, commencing at 10.30 o'clock. As tho sale is under distraint for rent, there will be no reserve. They will also dispose of the whole of the extensive plant of the Kops Brewery Company (in liquidation) 10-morrow, commencing at.
