ST. PAUL'S FOUNDATIONS.

It is not improbable that a special method of dealing with the foundations of St. Paul's Cathedral, London, will bo proposed, before long, says Canon Alexander. A number of careful investigations are now being carried out bv Sir Francis Fox, the consulting engineer, with tlio cathedral architects.
