A magistrate at the Guildhall told « driver of a motor mail-van, whom he fined wC2, to disabuse his mind of the idea that •drivers »!' mail-vans have special privilegss. When a policeman spoke to him in Victoria Street, tho driver replied, ".I'll Itiu-c your nnmbur for delaying his Majesty's mails."
