MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
(Before Mr. W. G. Riddell, S.M.) At tho Magistrate's Court yesterday morning, Percy James Good and Bartholomew Mahoney were each fined -,£1 for having broken tho peace of Courtenay Place. Good alleged that he had only defended himself against Mnhoncy. For insobriety, Joseph Gooder was fined 10s.
