Tho Labour Council , has adopted a resolution that the Federal' Government should at least grant to tho Mount Lyell disaster fund a donation equal to its contribution to the Scott Fund. Another speakor described tho Government's Scott . Fund contribution as a hysterical outburst of mock patriotism. ,
