THREE LIVES LOST. By Telegraph—Proßs Association—Copyright London, March 1 1«. A number of workmen were overcome by gas in a sewer at Bayswater. Firemen, in smoke-helmets, rescued two, and bravely tried to rescue a third, but failed. The rescuers were rop'eatodly hauled tithe surface unconscious. Two of the firemen perished.
