PASSENGERS RESCUED PROM FLAMES. By Telegraph—Press Association—'Sopyrltht Vancouver, March 17. At Calgary a street"' car ran off tho rails when travelling at the rate of.thirty miles an hour. The car overturned at a curve in the centre of the city and thirty of the occupants were injured. Flames from' the car stove destroyed the car,, but snow piled on tho flames retarded the outbreak sufficiently to allow the passengers to escape.
