UNIVERSAL JUBLLEE DECREED. Br TclecrßDh-Prran Association-Copyright (Ree. March 18, 11.35 p.m.) Rome, March 18. The Pope has decreed tho observance of a universal jubilee to extend from Low Sunday (the Sunday after Easter) to December 8 in commemoration of tho Edict of Milan, by. which the Emperor Constantino, in 3]3 A.D., granted toleration to Christians throughout the Empire.
