FOUR THOUSAND MEN OUT.
NEW SOUTH WALES TROUBLE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, March ,18. Nearly four thousand South Coast colliers have joined in the strike in connection with (lie dismissal of the miner Russell from (lie Mount Kembla Colliery. Tho indications point to a prolonged struggle. Tho Mount Kembla and probably the Mount Kcira men will join tho strike today. 1 The Premier (Mr.M'Goweu) and other Ministers have been asked to attend an aggregate meeting of the miners culled for Wednesday. There is much indignation at news that an application has been made to debar Peter Bowling and other union officials from addressing meetings duriiyg the present trouble. Tho Delegate Board lias passed a resolution emphatically protesting, and declaring that none of tho officials have said or done anything to justify such action.
