MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
(Before Dr. A. M'Arthur, S.M.) At the Magistrate's Court yesterday, before Dr. A. M'Arthur. S.M., John M'Kin--11011 was fined. 10s. on a charge of insobriety. On a -like charge Francis Rao ■was similarly fined, and Michael Dalton was also fined 10s. For wilfully obstructing a constable whilst in charge of a prisoner, Cecil Latham was fined 20s. • , ; One first offender, charged with insobriety, was convicted and discharged.
