It might be desirable to use the Grand Committee for controversial measures He favoured a. committee examining the House of Commons' rule:of procedure. . Mr. Bohar Law,' Leader of the Opposition, said that, owing to the lighltncss of party discipline, the country was no longor interested in the proceedings of Parliament. . Tho Address-in-Reply has been agreed to.
