fr. ' TERRITORIAL STRIKERS/' (By Tclecraph.—Special Correspondent.) Mastcrton, March 14.; At tho Territorial parade to-night Colonel Tate, Brigade Commander, informed tho men that ho had been instructed by Colonel Chaytor to stAto that in view of all tho circumstances it had been, dce.idtd to remit the fine of JCI imposed on nineteen members of the company for inking jxirt in tho strike in November last. Tho men, ho said, had been guilty- of a serious offence, but had apparently erred in ignorance. Other matters which had arisen during tho inquiry are being dealt with by Colonel Chaytor himself.
