(SpeoULly written for The Dominion.) THURSDAY. Haricot Soup. Cold Corned Beef. Tomato Salad. French Dressing. Blackberry. Pudding. Cream. TOMATO SALAD. Three large firm tomatoes, 8 sticks of celery, 1 buncli watercress or small cress, French dressing. Dip tlie tomatoes into boiling water; skin and cut them across into thin slices, shred the celery and leave it in cold water for half an hour; wash tho cress well; arrange tho tomatoes in a neat circle in a salad dish, pour the dressing over; pile the celery or cresa in tho centre, FRENCH DRESSING. One tablespoonful salad oil, pinches of popper and salt, 1 dessertspoonful vinegar. Mix the oil aii(l seasonings in a bowl, and then, gradually work in the vinegar, . FOR TO-MOIIROW. Celery. Stock.
