- A PRUDENT POLICY. (By Telegraph.— ■, Auckland, March' 11. It is a prudent policy for the board to conserve its' resources without in any degree failing to provide adequate and reasonable facilities required! for carry on tho business ; of the vharbour ' The estimated credit balance at December 81, 1913, is ,£27,442, which is a decrease on the balance broujlit forward from last year.'
