Wash and dry the tomatoes, scald and skin them, cut in slices, slice 1 onions finely, put a layer of tomatoes £ in the bottom of a pie-dish, and a little 1 onion, then a layer of meat, sprinklo with [ parsoly., pepper and salt, then another • layer of tomatoes, and so on. Sprinklo ' tho top with breadcrumbs and bake 1 hour in. a very moderato oven. Servo hot. , (j FOE TO-MOEEOW, ] Half pint haricot beans, soaked over- ( night; stock. Piece of corned beef, boiled j overnight. Lettuce. Celery. Tomatoes, j Materials for salad dressing. Suet, i Blackberries. Apples. i Defiance Butter Is. per lb. All Grocers.* 1
