MASTERTON NOTES.
» (Dy Telegraph— Special Corrcspondon*.) Masterton, March 10. At a conference of representatives of local bodies to-night it was decided to invite the Mayor of Wellington, 'the chairman of the Harbour Board,'tho chairman of the Wellington Chamber of Commerce, and all members of Parliament between Napier and Wellington to accompany tile Prime Minister and Minister for Public Works on a visit to Masterton and outlying portions of the district. The Masterton Technical School opened its'sessions to-night with a splendid attendance in nearly all classes.
