BUILT AT A LOSS.
GERMAN WARSHIPS. By Telegraph—Frees Association-Copyright Berlin, March 9. The Vulcan Shipbuilding Company's report shows a loss of .£IOO,OOO on ships built for the niivy in 1912. The report states that orders for large vessels for the navy and mercantile marine were always placed at terms involving'a loss to the builders.
