INOEEASE OF CAPITAL. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Dunodln, March 7. At a meeting of the directors of Ivempt.liorne, Proeser and Co.'s New Zealand Drug Company, held to-day, it was tcsolved to increase the capital by tlio issue of 35,0C0 new shares of £2 each, of which it is intended to call up 2Cs'„ tlio calls being spread over twelve months. The premium .u-pon this. issue will be 2s. 6d. per share, payable on application.
