Tho Allies replied that they must consult together. They are expected to consent, but will insist on an indemnity. TURKS FROZEN TO DEATH. (Rec. March 6, 11.10 p.m.) Constantinople, March 5. A .hundred Turks at tho Chatalja outposts have.bson frozen, sixty-five fatally. Many underwent amputations.
