At the inquest to-day touching the death of Robert James Ewington, who was shot while pi[f shooting n«ir Pirinoa on Tuesday, evidence was given that deceased, ni'fer his comrade had left for assistance, scratched his will and testament with a nail 011 the butt ot his rifle and on o leather field glass case. When assistance arrived he asked that what he had written be entered on paper and sent to his brother. Tlie coroner remarked that this was one of the most extraordinary wills he had over heard of.
