FIRE IN JAPAN.
WHOLE TOWN DESTROYED. By Tcietrraph—Press Association—Copyrieht Tokio, March i. A fire destroyed the whole town of Numazu. The damage is estimated at 5,000,000 yen. The whole aristocratic quarter was destroyed. A villa occupied by the Dowager Empress and Crown Prince and his brothers was saved by the breadth of' the Kaiio River.
