A true bill has been returned against Mr. Cecil Chesterton, editor of the "New Witness," for libelling Mr. Godfrey Isaacs, president of the Marconi Wireless Telegraph Company, whom he accused of corruptly conspiring in regard to the Marconi wireless contract with his brother, the Attorney-General (Sir Rufus Isaacs), and the Postmaster-Gen-eral (Mr. Herbert Samuel). He will be tried in April.
