A largo counter-demonstration endeavoured to prevent a suffragette meeting in the London Pavilion, to which place men were refused admission. The student element predominated, and they created a terrific din in Piccadilly, shouting as a battlecry, "No Men! No "Women!" * A strong police detachment ultimately enabled the suffragettes to enter tho building. , STATE CAPITOL INVADED. (Rec. March 4, 10.55 p.m.) New York, March 4. Women invaded the State Capitol at Indianapolis, and harangued the Senate and Legislature, demanding votes. Die Senate accordingly introduced a Hill, which is-likely to pass.
