TO-DAY'S DINNER

(Specially written for The Dominion.) WEDNESDAY. Vegetable marrow puree. Stewed neck of mutton and green peas. Potatoes. Cabbage. Fruit sponge. FRUIT SPONGE. Half a pint fruit puree, half a pint water, hall' an ounce gelatine, sugar, lemon juice, two whites of egg, marascliind colouring, chopped jelly. Line end decorate a mould, dissolve the gelatine in the water, and leave until cool. Beat the white* stiffly, and stir in the dissolved gelatine, and whisk this mixture gradually into the fruit puree. Whisk until almost set, and pour into the lined mould. Turn out and decorate with chopped jolly. FOR TO-MORROW. Neck of mutton, mutton cutlets, tomatoes, green peas, mixed peel, Defiance Butter Is. per lb. All Grocers.*
