A meeting of the' "All-for-Ireland" League at Cork adopted, with acclamation, a resolution moved by Lord Dnnravcn, seconded by Mr. William O'Brien, and supported by Mr. T. Henley, declaring that it was the Government's duty to convene conference of all parties in the United Kingdom to effect a settlement of tho question of self-government for Ireland by consent. (( Mr. O'Brien described tho Bill as rotten, beggarly, and unworkable," giving not a Grattaii Parliament, but a "Molly Mngulre Shebeen House."
