On this disclosure Mrs. Fulham practically collapsed in her chair. After the prosecution had closed, tho Chief Justice questioned Clark regarding tho letters. Tho prisoner was agitated. Ho admitted having rewired and answered the letters, and finally confessed that ho sent tho drug to Mrs. Fulham, who administered it. Ho first intended to make Fulham sick and order him to leavo tho country, but tho last doso made him very ill. He was brought to Agra dying. "I killed him because I was sorry for his condition. I administered four drams of antipyrin before dinner. This killed Mm." STATEMENTS OF 'ACCUSED. (Rec. March 3, 8 p.m.) Allahabad, Maroh 3. Continuing, Clark said ho gave injections that ho know wero too small to counteract antipyrin. Fulham was a wreck and ho wanted to finish him off. Mrs. Fulham said that Clark suggested making hor husband ill. She gave half tho quarter doses,; becanso sho feared to givo a fatal doso. Sho saw Clark administer tho antipyrin.
