Tho Improvements Committee recommond tho London County Council to grant Earl Grey, for ,£3OOO per annum, tho option for two'years of taking the Strand Crescent site containing 121,000 square feet at an annual rental of .050,000. Earl Grey's idea is to induce the various Dominions to coneenirato their offices there. Another foaturo of tho scheme is to provide accommodation for tho commercial a:'.\) social needs of the Dominions, including a permanent up-to-date exhibition of manufactured articles used in tho Dominions, with faoililies for Homo manufacturers for getting in touch with Dominion customers.
