Underwriters hero havo been advised of tho wreok of tho steamer Uaddon Hall at Saldawlia Bay, on tho African coast. Three of tho crew were drowned. Tho Haddon Hall was a steel screw steamer of 4177 tons gross and 2677 tons net register. She was built in 1895 by Palmer s Company, of Newcastle, to the order of the Hall Lino, Limited, Liverpool. Her dimensions were:—Length. 380 ft.; breadth, 43.3 ft.; and depth, 29.1 ft.
