Scaddan, Premier of Western Australia, is visiting friends and relatives in t'lio mining districts of Devon and Cornwall. Tho Corporation of Penzance welcomed Mr. Scaddan, who spoke on West Australia's progress. Ho lunched with Ernest Thomas, a West Australian, in tho Daleoath mine, 3350 ft. down. Mr. Scaddan visits Wales, Scotland, and Paris.
