M. B. Fisher at the Reform Club to-night. Messrs. J./'II. Bradnoy ana Mander, M.P. s were present. There arrived , in oompany . with the Minister ' Messrs. / Coates and Glover. iisP. J s, and Mr. iishor prefaced his remarks with reference to then- presence, os they are known as an Independent and an Opposition member, lie said that his opinion was that it. was well to meet • opponents' and disousa matters .with thorn openly and fairly. He sincerely hoped tho two members whom he had invited into tho club would bo convinced that the party Was worthy of their support, ■iil 1 they were of the contrary opinion they had a full right.to exorcise their Judgment. y
