SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are (or fair toclondy weather, mild and hazy conditions; tho winds variable, with moderate to strong noi-therlies prevailing shortly, and tho barometer falling everywhere. The weather has been fair to-day generally, but a southerly gale, with showery weather, has been reported at East C<ipe.
