TECHNICAL SCHOOL
At last night's meeting of the Wellington Technical Education Board, Mr. D. Robertson presided, and there were also present Messrs. J. P. Luke, J. G. W. Aitkon, W. H. Field, J. Smith, and G. Frost. According to the financial statement, the receipts for the month were .£lO2l 19s, lid., as compared with. «£7G-4 6s. Id. for tlio corresponding period in 1912. while tho expenditure was shown as JJ957 lfis. Bd., against iEGSG 12s. 11<1. for tlio corresponding period of last year. The Wellington Gas Company wrote stating that it had recently completed a cookery room which might suit the purpows o? the Technical School. It was decided to leave consideration of the matter in the hands of tlio chairman and the director (Mr. W. S, Ln Trobo).
