The weather was fine and the tracks in excellent or<ler. Autunnius went six furlongs in lmin. 20sec„ Masterpieco and Domino a mile in lmin. 4lisec., the latter pleasing most. Tiresome and Allegation galloped six furlongs in lmin. Hfcec., Distinction, Eastwind, and Aloiretto taking lmin. 3-Lsec. Cheddar went a mile and a quarter at three-quarter pace, Ventura half a mile in olsec., and Jiison six furlongs in lmin. IGsoc. Aruako was too good for Aviatrix over six furlongs.' Dearest and Styx; went five furlongs in lmin. Isec., Stepney taking lmin. 4!sec. Bronze galloped three-quarters of a mile and wns then joined by Lockwood and covered another half a mile nicely. ■ Labour Day -went twice round at half pace, and Composed did a similar task. . Muleteer and Royal Patron finished together at tho end of seven furlongs, going fast,. Coromandel covered half a mile nicely, Phroso and Deniso Orme going six furlongs and finishing strongly. Postillion galloped live turlongs in lmin. 41scc., and leonta and Princess Moutoa tho same distauce in lmin. 7sec., comiortably. luilcuatu covered five furlorgs in lmin. 4sec. Moutoa Girl went a mile and a quarter fast, the last mile taking lmin. 47Jsec. - Serviceable work was registered by Imagination, North East, Austin, Tiwari, Silver Rose, and others! Mahinawa jumped fivo hurdles fairly well, and Serenity was given a similar task.
