The "Daily Telegraph's" Constantinople correspondent reports that thero is an Arab movement in Asia Minor in thei direction of autonomy, with representation in tho Ottoman' Ministry. The main points of the claims are Recognition of Ardbio as the official language, witli Turkish ns a medium of communication with Stamboul; a local High Court of Appeal; regional military service in peace time; the Customs, Post Office, and military to bo federally controlled; other revenues to be locally controlled. RUMANO-BULGARIAN DISPUTE.. Sofia, February 24. ' Bulgaria has referred the dispute, with Rumania to the six .Great Powers for decision. . ' DYSENTERY AT GALLIPOL;;Constantinople, February-'24. A hospital ship,' with 1200 sick,- and wounded on board, lias returned from Gallipoli. Dysentery is prevalent amongst the Turkish expeditionary force. 7:7
