AMUSING INCIDENT. Mr T, M. Wilford was addressing Mr. W. G. Riddcll, S,M.,.in tho Magistrate's Court yosterday morning, when Mr.' A. R. Atkinson (the'opposing counsel), made some interjections as to the value of Mr. Wilford'B statements. . '. , Mr. Wilford: My. learned friend is very, angry. Mr. Riddcll: Just go on, Mr. Wilford, I will'take yOur statements for what they aro worth — Mr. Atkinson-chuckled. '~.:• Mr. Riddcll, continuing: And I will tako Mr. Atkinson's for what they aro worth. Mr. Wilford smiled.
