Tho honorary organiser of the Overseas Club (Mr. Evelyn Wrencli), accompanied by Miss Wrench, returned to Auckland today, aftor a fourteen weeks' tour through the Dominion. During their visit ( they have addressed branches of the Overseas Club in overy oautro of importance from Auckland to Inrerc-argill, Mr. Wrench made many interesting observations during his tour, especially in matters pertaining to defence. , When a "Horald" representative askei him for his opinion on tho compulsory military trailing law of the Dominion, ho said that ho was delighted with the way tl)o people wero entering into it. "Even tho lads themselves," he saijl, ''are taking a lawn interest in their military work, and that is an excellent sign.
