MIRAMAR LADIES' GOLF CLUB.

The annual meeting of Miramar Ladies' Golf Club was held at the Town Hall yesterday afternoon, when there was a good attendance of members, Mrs. Tennant being in the chair. The report showed that the club had had a successful year, and that during tho coming season thero would be a full 18-hole course, and various improvements as regards tho clubhouse. The opening of the season will bo held on Saturday, 15th March. Tho election of officers for the ensuing season resulted as follows:—Captain, Mrs. J.-P. Firth; lion, secretary, Miss M. H. Gavin; committee, Mrs. Tennant, Miss E. Gray, and-Miss M. Wheeler. Yotcs of thanks wero passed to Miss Gavin (hon. secretary) and to Mrs. Tennant, for presiding at the meeting. 1 t
