February 20,;|9.50 p.m.) Nbw York, February 20. • Judge Noyes has released Mylius on appeal, declining to hold that criminal libel involved moral turpitude og contemplated in the immigration laws! Judge Noyes wished it to bo understood that ho did not wish to minimise the offence whereof Mylius was really guilty. Mylius declared that his release was "a Blap at the aristocracy of England, and against all forms of monarchy."
