The House of Lords has passed the third Trading of-the Trade Union Bill and the Railways Bill. Tho clause subjecting tlio latter measure to the necessity of annual renewal after five years, was deleted, on the ground that the Government wa9 breaking ,a pledge given to railways. The Government urged that the Lords' action endangered the Bill. ' / ■
