He had not got their, rifles yet. nor.their unifoiras.' iThese, he was pleased to be able to • say, they' would, have shortly. The uniforms were arriving and the rifles were on order. At Marton, Taihape, and ITeilding 100 per cent of the senior, cadets had turned out for hisnnspection;. Ho could assure them that the; senior - cadet scheme was going; ahead , satisfactorily.
