Captain C. F. Hondorson arrived in Melbourne on February 10 from England. Ho has been appointed by the Admiralty to tho command of tho Royal Naval establishment at Sydney, and will continue iu that position when tho establishment is taken over by the Commonwealth, on July 1. 'Captain Henderson is a cousin of Admiral fair Reginald Henderson, who reported on the naval defence of Australia.
