FOB LEASING OB GRAZING BY, ' TENDER.: ■■■■:■■ ALTEENATB TENDERS will bo received up to Noon on tho 20th February, 1913 — (a) For tho right to Lease a Farm of 1323 acres, at Komako, together with Homestead and Orchard; or (b) For tho Grazing of the above property, excluding tho homestead and orchard, and about 50 Acres adjoining'the same. , Tho property is the woll-known property at Komako at the present time held under lease of grazing run, and occupied by Messrs. Hugh Eraser and Son, and is one of the best grazing farms in the whole of the Pohangina Valley, all well grassed and subdivided advantageously. Property situated 25 miles north of Palmerston North. The homestead buildings consist of 11roomed dwelling house (fitted with acetylene lighting, hot. and cold r.nd telephone), woolshed, concrete dipping yards, etcetera, stables, cowshed, and all necessary outbuildings and' farm accessories.- : If the grazing only is required there aro two good cottages on»the property at the lower end.
