It is understood tlmt the Premier is particularly impressed with Germany's military preparations at Elsenborg whero there is a vast manoeuvring camp of tho Coblenz Army Corps; also a great strategic railway running parallel tfitli tho frontier from Aix la Chapelle, besides other strategic lines to Malmedy.
