TO-DAY'S DINNER
(Specially written for The Dosiiniok.) MONDAY. Semolina 60up. Beef olives. Potatoes. French beans. . Peach pudding. PEACH PUDDING. Six ounces breadcrumbs, six ounces flour, half a teaspoonful carbonate of 6oda, half a pound suet (boef), two ounces 6ugar, half a tin apricot jam, half a gill milk, ono egg. Sift tho Hour and soda, fiako the suet and chop it finely. Rub it in. Add the breadcrumbs, sugar, jam, and beaten egg and milk. Mix well, stuun in a greased mould three hours. FOR TO-MORROW. 1 Stock, shoulder of mutton, cauliflower, apples, batter.
