J. M/txso, editor of the "National Review," to name tho persons on' whose information he • had based articles affecting Ministers.
,Tho Speaker replied that the Initiative rested with the House of Commons/not the Speaker.
Tho Prime Minister, Mr. Asquith, announced that in view of the lateness of session and the importance .of the subject he was not prepared, to adviso immediate action. ...
