ALTERNATE TENDERS will/be received up to Noon on the 20th February, 1913 — (a) For the right to Lease a Farm of 1323 acres at Komako, together with Homestead and Orchard; or (b) For the Grazing .of the above property, excluding the homestead and orchard, and about 50 Acres adjoining tho same. Tho property is the well-known property at Komako at the present time neld under lease of grazing run, and occupied by Messrs. Hugl\ Eraser- and Son, and is one of the best grazing farms in the whole of the Pohangina Valley, all well grassed and subdivided advantageously. Property situated 25 miles-north of Palmerston North.

The homestead buildings consist of 11roomed dwelling house (fitted with acety"lone lighting, uot and cold water, ; ?.nd telephone), woolshed, concrete dipping yafds, etcoteva, stables, cowshed, and all necessary "o&tbuildings and farm accessories. " If the grazing only is. required there are two good cottages on the property at the lower end. The orchard consists of llpacres, laid out in apple trees, which are just coming into profit. • The term offered is to be 2 years from the Ist day of March, 19lS, with a right, if required, to purchase tho interest of Messrs. Fraser and Son at a sum to bo mutually agreed upon. All tenders <o bo addressed to Messrs.
