! The usual monthly shoot of the above club was held at Taita on Wednesday, when trophies presented by Messrs. T. Wilford and A. Scott were competed for. The following were the leading scores in two 21 clay bird events, W. Philip securing a leg-ip tor tho former and Mr. Scott winning, the latter outright. Results— Mr. A. Scotfs Trophy.—A. Scott (lGyds.h 16 breaks; W. -Philip (13yds.), 15 breaks; S. Scott (12yds.), 15 breaks. W i lfor<l ' 3 Trophy.— S. Scott (14yds.), 10 breaks; H. Philp (13yds.), 16 breaks,- S. Edwards (17 breaks), 15 breaks; A. Scott (17yds.), 15 breaks. S. Scott and H. Philp tied, the latter winning in the shoofe-off.
