BOAT CAPSIZES.
. THREE MEN DROWNED. By Telerrapli—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. February 13, 8.25 p.m.) Adelaide, February 13. Four railway employees, named Green, Pennifold, Dagger, nnd Louch, while 6ailing at Port Walcefield, capsized. Green < and Pennifold attompted to swim ashore, tut disappeared. Dagger was washed off the up-turned boat. Louch drifted ashore almost dead. Pennifold's body has been recovered.
